MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is looking to expand our outstanding team at our Saline neighborhood clinic! We are looking to bring on the perfect person to help us with Behavior Support Specialist (BSS) duties as we work to provide pediatric therapy to our young clients. The BSS works in conjunction with our top-notch clinicians to help maintain the operations and relationship aspects of the clinic’s ABA operations.

These tasks include: assisting BCBA/BCaBA/BC with administrative tasks, scheduling of ABA clients, responding to/rescheduling ABA staff/clients when absences occur, track client attendance, train/mentor new employees, and fill in for 1-on-1 therapy sessions when necessary (such as when a technician cancels/technician takes a break). Also, the BSS could assist staff with any other projects/tasks needed within assigned clinic.

Qualifications:

-Candidate MUST have completed their RBT exam.

-2 years experience in an administrative position

-Associate's degree preferred
