About MetroEHS:
MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy provides services at our therapy centers across the Metro Detroit area as well as staffing services for Special Education and Healthcare facilities across the state. Our unique strategy to assist others involves many therapy disciplines in one location, creating ease for caregivers of children that may need this approach to succeed. Our services include: ABA Therapy, Feeding/Swallowing Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy & Speech Therapy. Affordable screenings for Speech-Language development, fine & gross motor development, sensory impairment and autism are also offered.
Job Duties:
· Complete MetroEHS 40-hour training program with new technician hires
· Work in conjunction with BCBA and assigned trainer technicians for successful completion of entire training program.
· Assist with issuing and filling out 40-hour technician certificates for new technicians
· Provide on-going guidance for new employees including items such as programming logistics, Raintree, daily SOAP notes, etc. after training program is complete
· Act as a role model for new and existing technicians
· Help create an environment in which all employees feel supported and welcomed
· Facilitate review of RBT concepts/materials within 90 days of new technicians start date. Help new technician register for RBT exam within that 90-day period
· Assist with working interviews if warranted for potential candidate.
· Create and maintain schedules for ABA staff and clients.
· Assist with the coordination of additional services including speech, occupational, and/or physical therapy.
· Be main point of contact for ABA attendance issues – both client and staff. BSS can choose to either use 3CX or set up an attendance line in clinic. BSS works in conjunction with BCBA/BCaBA/BC for creation of attendance plans/contracts/scheduling make-up hours with clients when they have been absent. Please note, client attendance is a priority.
· Create/organize/maintain the following:
· Client files – (welcome packet, incident reports, plans of care, attendance, doctor’s notes, photo releases, IEP notes, consent for meds, authorized pick up information, upload paper data sheets weekly)
· Employee files – (training documents, 40-hour certificate, day 4 and 5 training evaluation, device form, key form, signed attendance form, RBT documents, BCBA supervision forms, disciplinary action forms)

At MetroEHS, 30 hours per week is considered full-time employment and qualifies you for the following:
