Our Award Winning Client is seeking a Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join their team in a full-time capacity in Homestead, PA. This position involves providing Home Health care to patients in the local area within the comfort of their own homes.

Top Skills Required:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as an RN (Home Health experience preferred).
• Active RN License in the State of PA.
• Associates Degree (or higher) in Nursing.
• BLS and CPR Certification (assistance provided if not possessed).
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance.

Technical Skills:

• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS).
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS).

Role Overview: Our client, an industry leader with national recognition, is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will travel to patients' homes to provide Home Health Care, with a focus on delivering patient-centered, hands-on services.

Responsibilities:

• Traveling to patients' homes to provide skilled Home Health Care.
• Serving a primarily Geriatric patient population.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Documenting patient visits promptly and accurately.
• Participating in a 6-week RN onboarding program to enhance skills and knowledge.
