Position: Food Service Site Director

Job Description:

Exciting opportunities await for a Food Service Site Director with our Award Winning Client! We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our dining operations, innovate solutions, and execute plans to ensure customer satisfaction and continual amazement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop teams to maximize their contributions, including recruitment, assessment, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of achievement by establishing clear expectations and recognizing employee efforts.
• Cultivate strong client and customer relationships to drive mutual business success, adhering to our client's customer service standards.
• Effectively communicate operational progress and address client needs.
• Implement and adhere to our client's processes and systems.
• Drive revenue growth and manage budgets, including cost controls for food, beverage, and labor.
• Ensure full compliance with Operational Excellence fundamentals, including food and labor standards.
• Oversee production, distribution, and foodservice operations.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.
• Develop supervisory staff for future leadership roles.
• Adhere to all applicable policies, rules, and regulations regarding safety, health, and wage and hour laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management preferred.
• Significant experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment, with demonstrated team management skills.
• Strong analytical, project planning, and financial management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, customers, colleagues, and staff.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Pay: $65,100.00 - $75,100.00 per year
