Position: Market Finance Director

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in hospital finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-To-Haves:

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• CPA license.
• Experience in hospital finance across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead market finance department activities, functions, and resources to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to support operational decision-making.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Manage and mentor finance team members to foster professional growth and development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in financial analysis software.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Familiarity with healthcare finance systems.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
