Position: Home Healthcare Field Supervisor, RN

Qualifications:

Required:

• Associate degree or higher
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Home Health
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)

Preferred:

• Clinical Management experience of at least 1 year

Position Overview: Join our Award Winning Client's dynamic care team as a Clinical Field Staff Supervisor. In this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to field staff, oversee clinical operations, and ensure superior patient care. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct field staff, acting as a liaison between field and office personnel.
• Manage the Clinical Field Staff, assigning tasks, and establishing clear objectives.
• Foster a motivating work environment to engage and develop clinical staff.
• Monitor clinicians' performance and address any concerns promptly.
• Update and maintain clinical records accurately and comprehensively.
• Evaluate client episodes to determine appropriate care plans.
• Collaborate with sales personnel to address customer issues and maintain referral source relationships.
• Review staff schedules to ensure productivity and communicate staff availability to management.

Schedule and Shift Details:

• Full-time onsite
• Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Rotating weekend/on-call duty 1-2 times per quarter
• 2 holidays per year
