We are currently seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to:

• Perform duties involving operation, security and maintenance of building, equipment and grounds
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules
• Perform repair work on buildings, grounds and plumbing, heating, air conditioning, machinery and equipment
• Also may be involved in construction and remodeling and, as directed, security services

Required Education/Certification/Licensure:

• High School diploma or equivalent, including or supplemented by some trade school or vocational training, is desirable.

Training and Experience:

• Two (2) years experience in most phases of building maintenance.
• Prefer EPA or HVAC certification

Job Knowledge:

• Knowledge/ability to learn computer skills.
• Must be familiar with building maintenance and experience in all trade areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating/air conditioning, etc.
