Location Maintenance & Repair Technician - Central Mall - Texarkana, TX - Part-Time $200 / month Paid bi-weekly Plus $21.

00 per hour mileage reimbursement (fitness club) In addition, this position is eligible for $5 a month paid for monthly cellular phone allowance.

BASIC FUNCTION The Location Maintenance & Repair Technician - Central Mall - Texarkana, is a part-time position, with direct responsibility for the strollers at the mall to include : financial management, equipment management, and relationship management.

As well as a fitness club that require massage chair service maintenance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance and repair of equipment
• Maintain clean equipment
• Accurate and timely collections, bank, and report financial transactions
• Maintain policy and procedure expectations of the facility and Smarte Carte
• Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager
• Improve revenue of location consistent with traffic changes and corporate performance levels
• Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed
• Maintain a positive relationship with the facility management
• Other assignments as needed. SKILLS
• Working knowledge of equipment
• Electrical and mechanical equipment repair
• Maintain accurate records
• Compile reports
• Proficient in computer and Smartphone use EDUCATION
• Associates or Technical degree preferred LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS
• Valid Drivers license required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Lift 40 lbs. to waist height
• Push / Pull 75-100 lbs.
• Bend and stoop, walk and stand for long periods of time
• Visual acuity / manual dexterity to perform mechanical and electrical repairs Education Preferred
