Job Description

Crop Inputs Key Accounts Manager

This dynamic role involves selling seed treatment, fertilizers, humic acid, and biologicals to ag businesses, retailers, and growers. With a proven track record of success in other markets, the company is expanding its territory and is seeking a professional who is experienced, knowledgeable in agronomy, self-driven, and financially motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including ag businesses, retailers, and growers
• Sell seed treatments, fertilizers, humic acid, and biologicals to meet the needs of customers
• Provide agronomic expertise and solutions to customers, helping them achieve their crop production goals
• Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities within the territory
• Work independently without constant supervision, managing your own schedule and priorities
• Contribute to the growth and success of the company's expansion into new markets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in selling agricultural products, particularly seed treatments, fertilizers, and biologicals
• Strong agronomic knowledge and understanding of crop production
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and financial goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own territory
• Professional demeanor and work ethic

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, plus commission
