Metcalfe Market is Hiring a Meat Counter Clerk (FT) Near Verona, WI
We are currently offering a $500 Signing Bonus for this position.
Our Meat Department understands the importance of quality in the centerpieces of your meal. As a Meat Counter Clerk, you will work alongside some of the most experienced and talented butchers in Madison.
You’ll build a relationship with your shoppers to help them choose what’s going on their dinner tables. And at the same time, you’ll build a career as a member of our team.
You will have a variety of tasks, working with the finest service case in town, and every day will bring new experiences and interactions!
What you’ll do
- Provide amazing service to your shoppers and fellow teammates
- Focus on the presentation of the service case with an emphasis on quality
- Handle food safely and keep everything fresh and clean
When you’ll work
- $500 Signing Bonus for: Availability between 11am-7pm (includes weekends and some holidays)
What you’ll need
- High school diploma or GED
- Grocery experience preferred
- Food Safety Certification preferred
