Overview: Seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with a focus on Consumer and Commercial Banking, particularly in Wholesale Payments. The role involves being part of a consulting team, defining problem statements, evaluating solutions, and making recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the consulting team to identify and define problem statements.
• Create detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts.
• Implement deployment plans and support knowledge transfer.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and product prioritization meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent, with 10 years of IT experience.
• 8 years' experience in creating requirement specifications.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Agile Scrum.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Financial Services/Banking domains.
• 5 years' experience in capturing and documenting business processes.
• Prior experience in implementing Payments applications for commercial clients.
• Excellent understanding of Payment applications (MTS, ACH, Pep , FTM, RDC) and formats like SWIFT, ISO20222, BAI.
• Experience in leading Agile ceremonies and backlog grooming.
• Strong analytical, communication, planning, and coordination skills.
• Desire to work in a management consulting environment with regular travel.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA, and be authorized to work in the U.S.
