Description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible to help customers with their questions about products and programs for our Magazine and Lifestyle client. This role is expected to provide high-quality support by phone, email, and other written communications.

Shift: M-F (7:00 am to 4:00 PM & 8:00am to 5:00 pm). Other schedule options available. NO WEEKENDS

Flexible work options: Hybrid option possible upon meeting performance expectations

Pay: $14.00 $1.00 Project Premium (English) $15.00 $1.00 Project Premium (Bilingual).

Bonus: Variable production bonus based on performance (additional $.10 to $5 per hour). Additional incentives based on goal attainment

Responsibilities

• Resolves customer concerns, questions, and requests efficiently using their knowledge and understanding of the product or program
• Provides the customer with product and service information via phone, email, and or letter
• Identifies, researches, and resolves customer issues using computer systems
• Maintains current understanding of expectations through training
• Partners with the customer service team to meet goals and exceed expectations

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age, at least high school level education, and fluent in Spanish (for Bilingual position) and English
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to type 40 words per minute
• Effective communication skills
• General knowledge on how to use Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
