MetaSource is Hiring a Mail Room Clerk (Part Time) Near Southlake, TX
Description
Mail Room Clerks perform basic clerical functions of opening, preparing, and scanning documents so they be digitally retrieved. This position will also work on data entry or other production tasks as determined by the Operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and send mail daily
- Prep, sort, and scan documents
- Check-in documents and track documents on route to clients
- File documents according to type and client
- Generate reports as needed to send to the client with documents
- Create orders for couriers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational abilities including follow up and follow through on instructions
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with shipping process used at US Postal Service (USPS), UPS, FedEx, or Pitney Bowes
- Digital imaging technology like Kofax
