Experience at any of the following agencies is specifically important – USAID, Department of State, GSA, USDA, NSF, HUD and/or Department of Education.

Basic Qualifications (Required)

• A minimum of 15 or more years of direct experience in successfully working with and selling large IT and management consulting engagements to the Federal Government
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously 
• Experience meeting with government clients, teaming partners, and contracting officers 
• Experience capturing complex opportunities, such as IDIQs, BPAs, and multi-stage procurements 
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret 

Essential Responsibilities

• Identify and capture new opportunities that align to MetaPhase core capabilities – digital and cyber solutions, data analytics, and program management 
• Work with capability leads and market leads to develop and respond to opportunities in target markets 
• Actively participate in proposal activities 
• Negotiate teaming relationships
• Build a qualified pipeline that aligns to corporate growth strategies

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Masters Preferred)
