Position Overview: As a Supply Chain Manager , you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals.

2. Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing holding costs.
  • Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.

3. Supplier Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable agreements.

4. Logistics Coordination:

  • Oversee transportation and logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize transportation routes and reduce lead times.

5. Process Optimization:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Implement best practices and technology solutions to streamline workflow.

6. Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
  • Develop contingency plans for potential disruptions in the supply chain.

7. Reporting and Analytics:

  • Manage and monitor warehouse inbound and outbound processes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide analytical reports to leadership, offering insights into key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

8. Data Analysis:

  • Utilize data analytics to monitor KPIs and make informed decisions.
  • Generate reports to provide insights into supply chain performance and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Language: Fluent in Chinese and English, Korean or Japanese is plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
