We offer a structured path for advancement, beginning with a temporary position that could lead to direct employment based on your performance and dedication.

Career Progression and Compensation

• Starting Pay: Earning $16 per hour initially.
• Pay Increase: After a 90-day evaluation period, you may be considered for direct hire, which includes a potential pay raise to $17.86 - $18.31 per hour based on your performance and fit within the company.
• Shift Flexibility: Specific shifts cannot be chosen. You will be required to adapt to any shift assigned by Metalsa and be open to working overtime as needed.

Hiring Process

Onboarding: Once deemed qualified by a Metalsa recruiter, candidates will proceed through onboarding and scheduling of preemployment steps via a designated staffing agency. You will be hired through the agency as a contingent worker and will be placed at Metalsa.

Essential Requirements

• Experience: Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or related industries. This foundational experience is crucial for understanding the complexities of our operations.
• Education: A high school diploma or GED is required, unless you bring over 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, which can serve as a substitute.

• Monday to Friday
