$16.00 per hour, paid weekly!

At Metalcraft, our Advanced Manufacturing facility is modern, clean, and safe. No uniforms, come with your tennis shoes, shorts or jeans, a T-shirt or sweatshirt and work comfortably! Our entire facility is temperature controlled, 72 degrees all year around.

Your hours are consistent – Whether you like day hours or maybe you like to sleep in and work 2nd shift, our hours are consistent, you can predict your schedule with a good work/life balance.

You learn – Imagine learning advanced manufacturing skills in a clean, modern environment and be able to have the ability to develop new skills, grow with the company. Our environment is one that is engaging, teaching, learning. We want our member owners to develop and grow.

You can become an Owner – Our employees, when hired full time and eligible, are not employees, they are Member Owners, imagine being a member owner of the company you work for!

What are we looking for?

Driven for customer service: While these roles aren’t necessarily customer facing, you understand that we are driven to provide the customer with the best product and service behind the scenes. You have demonstrated this commitment to customer service in your current and/or previous roles.

You understand the details matter: Our customers work with us because we provide quality products, we want our member owners to take initiative that products shipped to our customers are correct, full, and on time.
