CNC MACHINING SUPERVISOR

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in production of metallic or non-metallic parts, applying knowledge of machine shop procedures, machine tool setup and operating techniques, and production methods. Responsible for machining operations to produce parts to print. Will setup machines and equipment and may repair same. Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. Interprets specifications, blueprints and job orders to workers and assigns duties. Schedules Machine Centers based on knowledge of machine capacities and specific part requirements. Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product. Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems. Suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals. Recommends personnel actions, such as transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures. May train new workers. May maintain time and production records. May estimate, requisition, and materials and tooling.

Minimum 10 years CNC Mill Machining
Minimum 2 years leadership role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37.50 - $41.00 per hour
