EssentialDutiesandResponsibilities

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

• Operate robot cell controls.
• Load and unload the cell with material and parts.
• Read work orders, work instructions, formulas, or processing charts.
• Maintain production documentation.
• Position and secure inserts, hand loads and work pieces on machines.
• Remove finished products from machines, using hand tools, air hoses and other equipment.
• Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects in order to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.
• Maintain MTL and customer quality standards.
• Fill in appropriate information on labels and associated documentation needed on products when necessary.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Responsible for clean-up and limited maintenance procedures.
• Follows all safety procedures and wears necessary PPE.
• Training new employees on proper procedures and techniques.
• Perform re-work duties as assigned.
• Rotate to other machines as needed.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks.

Educationand/orExperience

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

2 Years Blueprint Reading

Knowledge:

• Production and Processing - Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• • Mechanical - Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs and uses. Tools/Equipment Used: Utility knife, razor knife, protractor, ruler, caliper, forklifts.
  • Mathematics - Knowledge of basic math and its applications.
