Meta is Hiring a Global Relocation Program Manager, Scaled Programs and Supplier Operations Near Austin, TX

The Global Mobility Relocation team is seeking a Global Relocation Program Manager, Scaled Programs and Supplier Operations to manage our end to end relocation experiences for NORAM new hires and intern programs. In addition, managing the day to day relocation supplier operations. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver who has exceptional experience influencing and partnering with cross functional partners at all levels, progressive experience with high performance sub supplier structures within the relocation industry and is excited to work in a matrixed organization that values collaboration and communication. In this hands-on role you will play at all levels, partnering with HRBP’s, Recruiting, People Operations business managers and others, as well as managing the results of employee and stakeholder queries, vendor partner queries, escalations, exceptions, technology, and continuous process improvements. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Global Mobility Relocation Director.

Global Relocation Program Manager, Scaled Programs and Supplier Operations Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and consultations on complex and high-level matters, assist with complex cases related to new hire and intern relocation related queries raised by our XFN teams and employees, develop strategies to mitigate risk and provide timely solutions.
  • Manage and execute on the core relocation new hire and intern programs in close partnership with our Immigration and Mobility Tax teams to provide thoughtful, holistic, timely and reliable relocation program guidance to stakeholders including recruiters, HRBPs, business managers and other key internal stakeholders, escalating as necessary to our Relocation Leader.
  • Manage day to day interactions with a complex and high performing set of mobility vendors across the globe to ensure a smooth experience for our people.
  • Review and manage exception requests and escalate to Relocation Leader as needed.
  • Create exceptional people and partner experiences by driving ongoing operational efficiencies, enhancing policies and processes, evolving programs for dynamic business needs and educating partners and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Drive and influence end to end relationships across Recruiting, HRBPs, People Operations and other cross-functional teams to continually assess the relocation programs against business needs, feedback, market trends, including requirements for new and emerging markets.
  • Manage and up-level our mobility vendor partners across the globe to ensure a seamless experience for our employees relocating.
  • Manage vendor relationships, risk and performance management with regular business reviews and ensure that contractual commitments are delivered.
  • Develop and contribute to the overall supplier performance management strategy, ensuring that suppliers are delivering maximum value through their services.
  • Give input and influence the design, implementation and continual improvement of our relocation program, policies, standards, and processes to deliver a premium, integrated mobility experience for all Meta people.
  • Ability to travel as needed, currently estimated between 0-10% of time.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8 years’ progressive experience managing relocation programs
  • Experience managing NORAM inbound and NORAM intra-region mobility
  • Experience with relocation supplier relationship management and third-party management principles/best practices
  • 5 years of relocation vendor management experience with demonstrated success independently managing multiple activities for a large mobility program are required.
  • Experience navigating complex relocation solution building, partnering with global competency leads and cross-functional teams in-region, all-the-while incorporating critical feedback from the business and cross-functional partners
  • Effective communicator and experience influencing at all levels and leading industry transforming practices across the relocation ecosystem and articulating global mobility relocation matters to leadership and/or stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with understanding of how to use data and calculated risk-taking to drive innovative change
  • Experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-oriented work environment, dealing with ambiguity, navigating through uncertain situations, and quickly adapting to change
  • Knowledge to establish global scalable best practices through automation, drive decision making based on data and insights with recommendations, and process improvement
  • Project management skills across multiple disciplines and stakeholders driving projects from conception to implementation

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, international studies, or related area
  • Project management or business process improvement experience within HR/Recruiting
  • Consulting or professional services experience
  • Global Mobility or related credential(s) e.g., GMS, CPA, CRP, GPHR
  • Knowledge of MS Excel data analysis/manipulation, including pivot tables and V-lookups
