Application Manager, Service Now Responsibilities:

• Work alongside Enterprise Products Engineering and Product Managers, to ensure system implementation, enhancement and upgrades are managed and implemented as part of SDLC process
• Develop effective working relationships across Enterprise Products and Risk
• Build strategy, product alignment, business value mapping, implementation roadmap and product development/release and offer suggestions to enhance risk management
• Manage product delivery roadmap, developing sprints in partnership with our engineering and product teams, to ensure managed and effective SDLC and compliant control design and operating effectiveness
• Promote thought leadership for new ideas and new ways of executing compliance initiatives with EP’s products and infrastructure, drive continuous improvements in the delivery of audit compliance services
• Promote automation, data analytics audit testing and innovate strategies around implementing & enhancing ServiceNow capabilities to fit Meta’s ecosystem
• Document E2E Process and gather requirements to develop go-forward strategy with clear solutions and address gaps

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• CSA and IRM Certification
• 5 years of experience in the IRM module, with a minimum of 2 E2E implementations of the GRC & IRM modules
• Thorough understanding of Issue Management, Controls Self Assessment, Validation & monitoring of controls, Audit Management, Regulatory Change Management, Risk Management & Assessment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Effective communication skills and experience leading effectively, influencing multiple cross-functional groups
• Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Experience managing team of resources indirectly
• Deep understanding of IT Operations, including a solid understanding of risk frameworks, change management fundamentals and and technology stacks
• Experience juggling between strategy, execution and operational activities
• Solid problem solving skills that demonstrate creativity and logical thinking to reach a solution
