· 6 months of Home Health experience - REQUIRED.

· Travel experience - REQUIRED

· Active and clear driver's license and car insurance - REQUIRED

· Hawaii license - REQUIRED

· Homecare Home Base and OASIS - REQUIRED

· COVID and FLU vaccine - REQUIRED. Will not take declinations!
