Description 

1. Deliver Abriendo Puertas curriculum to targeted families.
2. Participate / help facilitate at least two hours of staff meetings monthly that cover administrative issues and provide opportunities for review of implementation data, case discussion, peer support and skill building
3. Participate in monthly Reflective Supervision Meetings with Project Manager.
4. Establish and update MOU’s with community organizations along with a Resource Network Directory.
5. Monitor service documentation, data collection and reporting. Help gather data to complete the statistical reporting needed for funding source.
6. Participate in recruitment activities to ensure full capacity of seminars.
7. Report to work at scheduled time and maintain good attendance. Perform all duties in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Participate with a positive attitude and behavior in all program activities.
8. Maintain confidentiality in all areas of responsibility.
