We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various duties related to order fulfillment, materials handling, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Duties:
- Perform order picking and packing using handheld scanners or pick sheets
- Load and unload trucks using equipment such as forklifts
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper storage of products
- Assist with cycle counting and reconciling discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by following safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisor and team members to meet daily production goals
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Skills:
- Previous experience as a warehouse associate or similar role preferred
- Proficient in order picking and fulfillment processes
- Familiarity with operating equipment such as forklifts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations
