Insurance Agent Recruiter / Regional Sales Associate

MESSER Financial Group exists to give independent insurance agents across the nation the tools they need for success. We’re seeking an energetic, reliable, and determined sales, marketing and recruiting professional to join our marketing team.
What You Will Do The successful candidate will join our marketing team, responsible for recruiting independent insurance agents to join the MESSER family and ensuring those partnerships are nurtured for mutual success and satisfaction. You will often be the first point of contact with prospective agents, so we’re looking for someone who can quickly relate to and build a natural rapport with a diverse group of individuals, as insurance agents come from all walks of life and serve a variety of communities. To be successful in this role, you should be able to clearly articulate the value of partnering with our organization, think on your feet, and make sound business decisions, sometimes against tight deadlines.

This position requires regional travel (dependent upon assigned territory) and includes other duties as assigned by department manager.
Working for MESSER This is a full-time, hourly position of 40 – 45 hours per week with a targeted annual total compensation of $68,000 - $76,000, and "INCLUDES" annual profit sharing bonus and Quarterly Bonus Opportunities. Target for the annual profit-sharing bonus is 15% of salary paid.

Our contribution to the 401(k) plan is made regardless of the employee’s contribution to the plan. Messer offers 28 paid days off your first year, which includes holidays, PTO, and sick time.
