Pool Bar Back: Must be able to work in an outdoor pool environment, in extreme weather conditions, which includes extreme heat and direct sunlight throughout the scheduled shift. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Clean bar and equipment and replenish bar supplies such as liquor, liquor mixes, milk, whipping cream, fruit caddie, ice, napkins, straws, etc. 2. Complete inventory and paperwork as assigned. 3. Organize and maintain bar storage areas; stock coolers. 4. Assist the bartender with customers when needed. 5. Responsible to meet: Health and Safety Regulations, company guidelines, service standards, labor standards, and product quality within all areas of the beverage department. Other job related duties as assigned and instructed by management. The work environment involves exposure to second hand smoke in a casino. This is a 24 hour/7 day a week work environment with varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
