Award winning restaurant and banquet facility Meson Sabika (best tapas/ small plates in Illinois, best over food and food an outdoor dining in the western suburbs according to OpenTable, best outdoor, romantic and Mediterranean dining according to Naperville magazine), in Naperville is seeking dedicated individuals to add to our front of house team as a server
Responsibilities:
The server ensures guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality service. Must be able to work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced environment to exceed expectations daily for our guests.
- Have knowledge of our food and beverages menu
- Helping the guest select menu items by thoroughly going over the menu; recommending cocktails and daily schedules
- Deliver beverages and food orders in a timely manner
- Genuinely hospitable while greeting and establishing rapport with the guest
- Provide friendly and attentive service
Requirements:
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Flexible scheduling for day, night and weekend shifts
- Must posses great guest relations skills
- Excellent verbal communication
- Ability to work effectively within a team
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
