Job Responsibilities: To go above and beyond industry service standards by giving great service and create a lasting, positive impression so Guests want to come back.
To know our food menu, liquor, and beer selections in order to suggestively sell all items.
To greet, welcome, thank and invite our Guests back, ensuring an enjoyable visit by everyone.
To anticipate the Guests needs and wants.
To accommodate our Guests time restrictions by giving prompt, courteous service.
To take accurate food and beverage orders to ensure Guests get exactly what they ask for.
To act as a final quality check on food and beverages before they are served.
To assist Management by informing them of maintenance problems and any Guest issues.
To assist in the upkeep of the restaurant - be sure everything is always clean and well maintained. To properly pre-bus your tables of all unneeded plates, paper and glassware.
To complete any side work and/or closing duties assigned.
To demonstrate an enthusiastic and upbeat attitude.
To be a team player. This includes offering and asking for help, running food and taking Guest orders for co-workers if necessary.

Educational Requirements:
