The Dispatcher is responsible for assisting Operations to support drivers of our fast-paced organization efficiently and effectively.

*** We are looking for individuals who are available to work a flexible workweek which would include some night and weekend coverage. ***

Night Schedule: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. (Nights Vary: 4-Nights on 4-Nights off)

Weekend Schedule: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Saturday - Sunday,7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday

Responsibilities:

• Communicates in a clear and consistent manner and with high integrity both internally and externally.
• Manages drivers during extended coverage shifts.
• Accurate data entry of the company computer systems.
• Escalates and/or resolves problems per guidelines.
• Works with team members to solve problems.
• Provide clear work instructions to drivers.
• Demonstrates high resource utilization.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient communicator (English Proficient).
• Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
