The Surgical Services Manager is a front line manager designated as the leader for the Surgical Services department, its patient population and assigned staff. She/he has twenty-four hour accountability for all patient care activities, department operation and staff function. The Manager is also responsible for the organization, planning, direction, administration, and evaluation of services in areas of responsibility. Serves on committees as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned. Reports to the Director of Surgical Services.

Education: BSN in Nursing required

Experience: Experience:
At least 2 years experience in the Surgical and/or PACU department. Prior management experience preferred.

Licenses/Certificates: Current RN license in the state of Nevada. BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
