Mesa View Regional Hospital is Hiring an Executive Secretary - Part-Time (24 hours/week) Near Mesquite, NV

The position provides comprehensive secretarial, receptionist and general office duties primarily to support the Chief Executive Officer, as well as to the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Nursing Officer. Individual must demonstrate proficient communication, organizational, computer and work management skills. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports. Must have a pleasant personality and ability to interact effectively with upper management, medical staff, nursing, and ancillary employees. Must be cheerful, tactful, courteous, and be able to meet the public. Must be able to adhere to confidentiality requirements of working within administration and medical staff. All other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in field required. Administrative Assistant experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Notary in the State of NV required within three (3) months of hire.
