**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated HR Summer Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. The intern will assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and other HR functions to support the department.
**Qualifications:**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in MS Office applications
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings
- Aid in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and orientations
- Support training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and tracking employee participation
- Help maintain HR records and databases
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Collaborate with team members on various HR tasks and projects to gain practical experience
**Duration:**
This is a temporary position for the summer.
