Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Install, maintain, and repair various equipment and machinery
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
Skills:
- Knowledge of high voltage systems and safety procedures
- Technical sales skills to effectively communicate with vendors and suppliers
- Strong command of the English language for clear communication with team members
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
- Experience in industrial maintenance practices and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills for interacting with tenants and addressing their concerns
- Ability to perform field service duties as required
- Familiarity with logic controllers for troubleshooting automation systems
HVAC experience and irrigation experience required.
