Mersino Dewatering is Hiring a Project Manager Near Shelby, OH

Mersino is an established and growing competitor in the construction dewatering and pumping industry. Founded in 1988, we pursue those projects requiring a high level of expertise and professionalism, throughout the country. Mersino is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Project Manager to join its growing team!

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all processes and procedures associated with the operation of dewatering and bypass construction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, construction management experience and the desire for continued learn

Typical job functions will include:

  • Driving business development through building and maintaining close relationships with clients, and ensuring supreme customer satisfaction
  • Developing the skills and product/service offerings knowledge necessary to become a technical expert in our business
  • Planning, organizing, prioritizing and directing multiple tasks and projects and managing projects from beginning to end
  • Speaking effectively with existing customers and educating prospective customers on the various products and services the company offers
  • Providing excellent customer service and prompt responses to all customer inquiries

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in construction management or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in construction management or related field
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating and bidding procedures
  • Skills in workflow analysis and management
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating and bidding procedures
  • Knowledge of contract documents and specifications
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet job requirements
  • Ability to travel
