Role Overview:
We're seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team in Cincinnati as a Front Desk Receptionist. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment and providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, transferring them as necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Provide information about our services and address client inquiries promptly
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for staff and management
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Support office operations and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflows

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic office equipment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be based in or near Cincinnati, Ohio
