We are seeking to fill a full-time position to report, monitor and review inventory accuracy. The Inventory Analyst is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the system. Position requires commitment to statistical accuracy, attention to detail, and good communication skills.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Cycle count in active production line environment per company guidelines.
• Establish and maintain control group items to identify and resolve problems.
• Perform problem counts as may be needed to resolve discrepancies.
• Work with department supervisors and managers to identify inventory errors and corrective actions.
• Work with obsolete and slow-moving inventory to reduce, proper disposition and maintain system.
• Read blueprints to accurately identify stock.
• Research and analyze inventory discrepancies to improve inventory and product processes.
• Maintaining product identification and location integrity.
• Reporting nonconformance issues of product or process as needed.
• APICS certifications a plus and training is available.

Knowledge and Skills for this Position:

• Must be very detailed oriented.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new processes.
• Must be able to read blueprints and understand bills of materials.
• Familiar with basic ERP software with strong 10-key ability
• Able to communicate well between departments.
• Able to effectively solve problems.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a production environment with the ability to lift 50 pounds required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous Inventory Control experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening is required.
• Random drug testing required after employment.
