Job description:

Merrimack Stone and Cabinets is seeking a Production and Warehouse Manager. The manager will oversee the receiving, shipping, and production process of kitchen cabinets. We are seeking a candidate with strong communication and supervisory skills who can work in a fast-paced environment and resolve any issues that come up.

Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

Manage and supervise the warehouse and finishing team to meet production goals.

Oversee the assembly process, including quality control. safety precautions troubleshooting, and process improvements.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production workflow.

Quickly identify and resolve issues that may impact production pace, quality, or safety

Demonstrate strategic thinking, anticipating, and mitigating potential risks or delays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,701.00 - $70,821.00 per year
