• GL Balancing
• FRB bank account and related clearing account daily balancing and reconciliation
• Fixed asset, prepaid asset, depreciation, and amortization
• Backup support for ATM balancing and reconciliation.
• Backup support for ACH balancing
• Support to monthly close and financial reporting
• Update assigned monthly GL reconciliations, identify, research and resolve outages and staled dated items.
• Accounts payable, travel & expense reimbursement processing via 3rd party platform, Emburse. 
• Monitor, review and reconcile all AP and related clearing and bank accounts.

Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
• One to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
• Prefer experience and good understanding of ACH, ATM and FRB transaction flows, rules and guidelines.
• Working knowledge of accounting software, Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting, reconciliations, journal entries and overall knowing debits and credit.
• Excellent communications skills, including the ability to effectively interact with all levels of Credit Union employees (both verbal and written).
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Highly organized, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.

• Salary Range: $31.66 to $47.49
• Target Range: $31.66 to $39.58*

*The target range for entry in a new position is between the minimum and midpoint of the range, depending on experience and qualifications
