Merits Health Products is looking for a Durable Medical Equipment Call Center leader. This position will play a key leadership role in ensuring Merits Health Products continues to provide superior service. The leader will ensure the Technicians are motivated and well trained.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Leadership of the Customer Support team

· Ensure staffing levels to cover customer demand

· Help develop procedures and continually improve the customer support process

· Communicate trends

· Other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

· Prior experience in supervision

· Call center experience is a plus

· Understanding of basic mechanics and electrical concepts

· Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills

· Microsoft Office applications and learn in house software system

PHYSICAL DEMAND AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

· Work is performed in a call center, warehouse, and technical room environment

· Contact with internal and external customers and vendors

· Must be able to sit for extended time
