The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, exceptional communication abilities in both Mandarin and English, and a keen eye for quality assurance.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assemble production lines according to engineering drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless integration of assembly processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during assembly.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure that all assembled production lines meet company standards and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes, including materials used, production times, and any deviations from standard procedures.
- Assist in the training of new assembly technicians as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
**Requirements:**
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in assembly, preferably in a contract manufacturing or similar environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Prior experience with quality control processes is a plus.
**Education and Experience:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly or related field.
