Meridian Inc seeks a candidate with a strong passion for elevating and enhancing brand image and reputation.
- Create captivating in-store displays and layouts that reflect and reinforce our brand identity.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions and events to engage customers and boost brand visibility.
- Interact with customers to understand their preferences and feedback, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Collaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to maintain product availability and quality.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Ensure that all in-store materials, from signage to employee attire, align with our brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze in-store brand performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely with the store management team and corporate brand coordinators to maintain brand alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, retail management, or a related field preference
- Experience in retail, visual merchandising, or brand coordination roles a plus
- Strong creative and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
