Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and actively pursue new business prospects utilizing D2D prospecting, networking initiatives, and proactive outbound calling strategies.
• Client Consultation: Meet with homeowners and property managers to assess their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value of our roofing services and products, effectively closing deals and generating revenue.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support throughout the sales process.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position Meridian Roofing, Restoration & Exteriors as a leader in the roofing industry.
