RN Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Current CPR certification (Basic Life Support preferred)
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of New York
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and support a minimum of 80 pounds
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing and walking
- COVID-19 Vaccination**
- Negative TB test results
- Annual physical examination

**Meridian Nurse adheres to CMS and local Department of Health guidelines regarding COVID-19 vaccinations.
