Summary
Grants and Communications Manager will help develop and implement the strategy for all communications, website, and public relations messages and collateral to consistently articulate Whitefoord’s mission. This role is responsible for marketing Whitefoord’s services and overall mission. Goals for this position include growing annual grant revenue, implementing marketing and communications plans, and supporting the overall growth of Whitefoord’s business development and philanthropic footprint.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must possess above-average command of speaking and writing skills.
REASONING ABILITY: Knowledge of development and marketing skills, strong verbal and written analytical and interpersonal skill, and the ability to prioritize workload and set goals. Analyzes problems or procedures and decides on a correct course of action when a choice can be made; makes logical and timely decisions; identifies and applies logic and reason to resolution of problems; exhibits flexibility and willingness to learn; deals professionally with unexpected situations.
