Job Title Account Director Job Description I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives: The Food & Wine and Travel Leisure brands at Dotdash Meredith (DDM) are seeking a seasoned advertising sales professional with a proven track record of driving revenue to exceed quota. Candidate needs to be a team player who is organized, a great communicator, solutions-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced and high sales volume environment for two leading brands. II. Essential Job Functions | Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results: Increase sales, generate revenue, secure new business, continue relationship management & development. 40% - Manage senior list of high-profile accounts and have a strategic approach to your business. 40% - Grow existing business & create new opportunities for Food & Wine and Travel Leisure by anticipating clients needs and bringing them fresh ideas. 20% - Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (sales & marketing teams, account strategists, RevOps, etc) III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith’s total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
