We are seeking a Load Planner to act as a point of contact between our drivers and customers, providing both parties with excellent customer service, ensuring timely deliveries, and helping move our company initiatives forward.

In this role, you will work directly with customers and drivers to assist with day-to-day operations and maximize efficiency.

Requirements and Skills

• Ensure timely deliveries by verifying, scheduling and rescheduling pick up and delivery appointments
• Tracking shipment updates and notifying our customers at required intervals
• Paying for lumpers and supplying customer with receipt
• Collecting detention on driver's behalf when applicable
• Provide drivers with cost-effective fuel plans en route
• Strengthen relationships with drivers and customers by providing them both with excellent customer service
• Collaborate with colleagues on a daily basis
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapid change

• Full-time position
• Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
• Our address is 7585 Sportsman Club Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32219. Must be able to commute to work.

Qualifications

​

• 1-2 years of experience in dispatching and/or freight brokerage is preferred but not required. We will incorporate a training window to prepare you for the available position and help you advance in this career.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a business related field is preferred
