Overview
The Supply Chain Courier Manager is responsible for the performance of Supply Chain Courier Operations. The Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assessing and meeting customer needs, communicating business goals and objectives to partners, and addressing partner issues and concerns.
The Manager is also responsible for monitoring staffing and overtime, issuing corrective actions, completing performance evaluations and maintaining a strong focus on safety in the workplace.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain is required.
Three years of leadership experience required.
Experience in a hospital supply chain area preferred.
Certification and Licensure

Have and maintain an acceptable driving record per Mercyhealth's HR.100 Fleet and Driver Safety policy.
