The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, planning and implementation of a treatment plan addressing the functional needs of a variety of patient diagnoses.
Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in WI, IL or both if requiredApproved CPR or BLS certification required within 90 days NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) preferred

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
