Sign On Bonus:
- New Grad: $10,000
- 1-2 years of RN experience: $13,000
- 3-4 years of RN experience: $15,000
- 5 years of RN experience: $20,000
PTO Frontload: up to 80 hours (full time only)
Relocation Assistance: $7,000 (full time only)

Overview:
Surgical 3A is a 33-bed unit, fast-paced med-surg telemetry unit which focuses on adult post- operative and trauma patients. Nurse patient ratios are: Days 5:1, Nights 6:1. On our unit we offer you the opportunity to develop excellent critical thinking skills as well as use a wide variety of clinical skills including:

- Head-to-toe assessments
- Reading and posting telemetry strips
- IV insertions
- Catheter, trach, and ostomy care
- Wound care
- Chest tubes

- Full-time Availability
- Part-time Availability
- Day Shift (7am-7pm)
- Night Shift (7pm-7am) - Strongly desired!
- Weekend Option (Friday-Sunday) - Eligible for up to $10.00/hour weekend option pay!
Education: Graduate of a state approved professional nurse program.
Licensure: Current RN licensure with Missouri State Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary work permit.
Certifications: Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period.
