Responsibilities
This position is responsible for up-to-date licensure and certification data in the license / certification database and employee records.
The position is responsible for ensuring that Mercy’s records and position requirements reflect any continual changes in license / certification requirements by boards and the State.
The position analyzes and investigates licensure / certification discrepancies and resolves. This position supports Performance Appraisal / Learning Management System administration and other Learning & Development functions within Human Resources.
Position is also responsible for entering contractors / temp agency staff in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) as well as maintaining any required licenses or certifications.
This position will also manage the administration of the rewards and recognition program.
Requirements
Previous experience in facilitation is helpful.
